The buyer used an FHA loan which can be a nightmare of repairs upon repairs. But, after Peggy's original advice, the FHA inspection came back with full value and ZERO repairs needed! She was also a great listener to our opinions and together we easily came up with a home package that sold immediately and with no snags. She was available for any and all questions at any time. The whole process was quick, painless, and we sold for full value. Would highly recommend.
